Our Marquees and Accessories
From our start in the Marquee business in the 1950’s until the present day, we’ve manufactured some of the most highly regarded Marquees in the UK. Supreme quality, great customer service, and close attention to detail are values that have served us well.
Our Marquees are manufactured by our craftsmen in our workshops in Watton, Norfolk, and are some of the only Marquees in the UK to be windload tested to speeds of 80mph. If you buy a semi-permanent Marquee from Weatherills for your venue there are accessories you can order with it, including linings, marquee lights, furniture, French Doors, generators, and of course Flooring.
Wooden Suspended Marquee Flooring
For a large semi-permanent Marquee that will be used most, if not all the year round, suspended wooden marquee flooring is a must. At Weatherills we make our own suspended flooring with phenolic wooden boards.
These specially constructed boards are plywood sheets coated with a very strong plastic which, unlike normal ply flooring, is completely water resistant. It’s also highly resistant to wear and tear, so ideal for long-term use. We fit the sheets to a subframe to make a suspended floor that’s perfect for any Marquee or other semi-permanent structure.
We can also supply dance floors, and carpet in a variety of colours with waterproof underlay, although this is mainly for short term hire Marquees.
