Marquee Flooring
When you hire a Marquee for your event you’ve probably considered lots of things like the size and style of the Marquee… the lining and interior décor, the lighting, the entertainment etc… and the flooring might be a bit of an afterthought.
However, it’s something to seriously think about because a poor choice during a rainy period could mean a soggy night for all.
British weather is unpredictable sometimes, and just because you have a date in July or August doesn’t mean you’re going to get the weather you’ve wished for.
If the ground has become wet over the few days before your event you could get a flow of water into the Marquee, especially if the ground isn’t that level.
If you’ve got carpet or matting down it could become sodden and make for an unpleasant guest experience.
We recommend full wooden marquee flooring for your event. It may cost a bit more, but it’s well worth the extra as the floor will be level and even, and much easier to walk, dance, and party on.
The wooden floors are suspended so water flow isn’t a problem.
